Yesterday afternoon I attended my first fashion event in Dublin :) The Tommy Hilfiger and ONLY stores located in Grafton Street (the main street for shopping) held a gorgeous Summer Shopping Night with live music, drinks, catering... and even caricatures!

Ayer por la tarde asistí a mi primer evento de moda en Dublín =) Las tiendas de Tommy Hilfiger y ONLY situadas en la calle Grafton (la calle principal de tiendas) organizaron una estupenda Summer Shopping Night con música en directo, bebidas, catering... e incluso caricaturas!

 

First of all, we enter the ONLY store. Its CM, very nice, thanked me for having shared the event via Twitter, and took us a picture (below this text) for the official Only Ireland facebook account =) Moreover, she gave us a bag full of gifts!! The mint green shirt is so lovely!

Primero entramos en la tienda de ONLY. La Community Manager, súper simpática, me dio las gracias nada más entrar por haber tuiteado el evento y nos hizo una foto (sobre estas líneas) que colgó en el facebook oficial de Only Irlanda :) Además, nos dio una bolsa llena de regalitos!! La blusa color verde menta es preciosa!

 

Then, we enter Tommy Hilfiger's. It was amazingly decorated, with nautical elements and cute dogs. We ate fish&chips and tapas, drank champagne, and upstairs... we got a funny caricature!! A gorgeous eve :) I'll attend another event on June, 6th; I'll post it too!

 

Después, entramos en la tienda de Tommy Hilfiger, que estaba increíblemente decorada con elementos naúticos y unos perros muy graciosos. Comimos fish&chips y tapas, bebimos champagne, y en la segunda planta... ¡nos hicieron una caricatura! Una tarde genial.. El 6 de junio voy a otro evento, os iré contando!

Adelanto de los diseños de &OtherStories!!

Como sabéis, & Other Stories es la nueva apuesta de la cadena H&M. Contará con ropa, accesorios y maquillaje (incluyendo colonias). Hace apenas 24 horas han anunciado en su twitter que la tienda online de & Other Stories abrirá en tan solo una semana. Va a ser la locura en moda del año... y sí. ¡La tienda online opera en España! (cosa que no pasa con H&M, ejem, ejem...). EDITADO: confirmo que venderá online en España (y en otros 10 países), el día 8 de marzo!

As you many know, & Other Stories is the new project by H&M. It will have clothing, accesories and make up (even fragances). 24 hours ago, they announced via twitter that they are launching the online store in just one week!! It's gonna be the craziest thing in fashion this year... But, anyway, they haven't confirm yet it the online store is gonna be open worldwide or just in a few countries.

Aquí tenéis un adelanto de lo que vamos a encontrar en & Other Stories. Como veis, tienen un estilo más definido que H&M, más minimalista y arquitectónico, con cortes más limpios. ¿Mi veredicto? Los odio. LO QUIERO TODO!!!

Here you have a preview about what we will find at & Other Stories. As you see, it has a sharper style than H&M's, more minmalist and architectonic, more clean-cut. My opinion? I hate them. I WANT IT ALL!!

Id ahorrando y preparaos para el cataclismo en moda online dentro de una semana... Put aside some money 'cause you'll need it for the cataclysm in fashion next week...

III Feria Vintage Moda Shopping

Del 29 de noviembre al 2 de diciembre tuvo lugar la tercera edición de la Feria Vintage en el centro comercial Moda Shopping de Madrid. Multitud de stands exhibieron allí sus joyas vintage, de las cuales dos fueron a parar a mi armario... =)

The III edition of the Vintage Fair took place in Madrid during the 29th of November and December the 2nd. Lots of stands showed there plenty of its vintage key items, from which I bought two... =)

El primer stand nada más entrar era el de Bines Vintage, toda una experta en encontrar tesoros de épocas pasadas y con muy muy buen gusto. Impresionantes la chaqueta de Carlos Arturo Zapata con la pedrería dorada o el vestido color lila, ¿verdad?

The first stand was Bines Vintage, an expert in finding treasures from previous epoches with such an eye! They have amazing embellished jackets such as the Carlos Arturo Zapata one (in the picture) and also the sweet purple dress.

Circa Antigua, a quienes ya seguía por twitter, está especializada en antigüedades y complementos vintage únicos y personales. Sus piezas vintage han aparecido ya en numerosas revistas como Woman o Vogue.

Circa Antigua is specialized in antiques and unique vintage accesories. Its vintage pieces have already appeared in lots of magazines such as Vogue or Woman.

Esta preciosa pulsera en plata de estilo art-decó y el collar tipo babero con perlas en tonos pastel son de Elena Garmendia Herrero. Piezas muy delicadas y etéreas... ¡todo un sueño!

This cute art-decó silver bracelet and the necklace with pastel coloured pearls are from Elena Garmendia Herrero. she has such delicate pieces... a dream!!

Y por supuesto, había multitud de bolsos vintage, tanto de marcas como Loewe o Gucci como sin firma, pero igualmente espectaculares...

And of course, there were lots of vintage bags, both from well-known brands such as Gucci or Loewe and without brand but equally gorgeous!

Junto a los stands, también pudimos disfrutar de unos diseños que son auténticas obras de arte... los vestidos de boda de Lorenzo Caprile, absolutamente maravillosos... Me encantó el negro de noche, el que lleva el cuerpo ajustado con la cintura de pedrería plateada y el de estilo hippie.

Besides the stands, we could also enjoy the amazing dresses by the Spanish designer Lorenzo Caprile, artworks indeed!! I do love the black gown, the wedding dress with the silver embroidered body and the hippie one.

Conmigo se vinieron un clutch vintage de los años 50 todo hecho a mano, con perlas diminutas e hilo dorado (me enamoró!!) y el collar. Tenía muchas ganas de tener uno en este estilo, con cadena y grossgrain entrelazado, y éste lo encontré perfecto; ¡combina con casi todo!

I bought a 50's vintage handmade clutch with small pearls and gold threads (I do love it!!) and the necklace. I was looking for a necklace like that, with chain and grossgrain, and this one combines perfectly with almost everything!
